My name is Robert Blanton, and I come from multiple generations of home builders, land developers, Business owners, Contractors, mortgage brokers and real estate brokers. Our family has made their name and legacy by building relationships with our communities to identify needs and anticipating future growth.
I have recently spent 6+ years developing and constructing a super high end development in the Virgin Islands, which had a focus on design and sustainability. Projects ranged from $5-30 Million and included construction of a Marina, Helipads, Warehouses, underground utilities and infrastructure. A glimpse of this work can be found in our portfolio page. Prior to this I assumed a General Contracting role to construct and renovate hotels throughout the country. My introduction to project management came through one of Americas largest home builders, and is where I contribute my ability to work in a fast paced environment, while also now being able to achieve perfection in quality and service.
I am one of 6 siblings, ranging from 14 years old to 38 years old. Each of us have maintained an extremely close bond although our adult lives have carried our careers from California all the way out to The Caribbean Islands. This has allowed our family to flourish in many markets across the globe and have a better understanding and bigger view of the construction industry as a whole.
